I don't know, I've just joined the legions who've been cut off from Adsense with no notice, losing all revenue and losing an appeal, for no reason other than, I assume, the bored kid (or rival site owner) who decided to click one of my ad's 200 times one evening.

I can see how it's easiest for them, what with so many sites out there, just to cut anyone off where there's a problem, but can't help feeling cheated out of a month of work, when their ads were the only ones I was running on my site, and when a 2 minute email from them could've let me know there was at least going to be a problem.
